This page is a starting-point legal draft prepared for internal review. It is a different document from the marketing-compliance ruleset used on CollosoTrading's sales and funnel pages, which has already been reviewed and approved for use — this Terms of Service page has not. It has not yet been reviewed or approved by a qualified UK solicitor, is not a substitute for legal advice, and should not be treated as a final, binding legal document or published live until that review is complete and this notice is removed.
CollosoTrading is the trading name of Ceetahdio LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 26a Broad Road, Bristol, BS15 1HZ, United Kingdom. CollosoTrading was founded by Emmanuel Azubuike. In these Terms, "CollosoTrading," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ceetahdio LTD trading as CollosoTrading. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website, submits a qualification form, or engages CollosoTrading for any service described below.
CollosoTrading provides educational content, analytical and validation services, and software development tools for retail and professional algorithmic traders. Depending on the service, this includes:
None of this is regulated investment advice. CollosoTrading is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), does not provide regulated investment advice, financial advice, or personal recommendations, and nothing we deliver — a report, an EA, a strategy basket, or course material — should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, or as advice tailored to your personal financial circumstances. Trading derivatives, leveraged products, and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may result in losses exceeding deposits. You should consult an independent, regulated financial adviser before making any investment decision.
To use our services, you confirm that you:
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or terminate an engagement where qualification information turns out to be materially inaccurate or misrepresented, or where we reasonably believe the requested work is not suitable for the applicant.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Any applicable VAT will be stated separately at checkout or in your written proposal, where relevant.
| Offer | Payment structure |
|---|---|
| Free Strategy Audit | No payment required at any point. |
| Offer 1 — EA Build (£925 flat) | Discovery call → scoped proposal. As a default, the full fee is payable before build work begins, via the payment method specified in your proposal. Any variation from this default will be stated explicitly in your proposal. |
| Offer 2 — Portfolio (£6,250 flat) | Discovery call → scoped proposal. Given the project's size and 6–8 week delivery window, CollosoTrading may require a deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due at the milestone(s) set out in your individual written proposal. Exact deposit amounts and milestone schedule are agreed in that proposal, not fixed here. |
| Offer 3 — Education (£497 flat) | Self-serve enrollment. Full payment is due at checkout via the payment link provided (e.g. a Stripe payment link), before cohort materials are released. |
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is not received when due, we may pause or stop work until payment is resolved. See our Refund Policy for what happens to fees already paid in that situation.
What CollosoTrading keeps ("Background IP"). CollosoTrading retains all right, title, and interest in its underlying validation methodology, testing frameworks, reusable code libraries and building blocks, internal templates, and Offer 3 course curriculum — whether these existed before your engagement or were developed independently of it. Nothing in an engagement transfers ownership of this Background IP to you.
What you own. Once you have paid in full for the relevant engagement, you own the specific deliverable created for you — for example, the compiled and source code of the single-strategy EA delivered under Offer 1, or the 3–5 strategy basket and its correlation report delivered under Offer 2 — to the extent it was newly created for you and is not itself Background IP. Where your delivered product incorporates Background IP (such as a reusable framework or code module), CollosoTrading grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use that Background IP as embedded in your delivered product, for your own trading. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the underlying Background IP as a standalone product or service.
Offer 3 course materials. Curriculum materials remain the copyright of CollosoTrading. Enrolled students who complete the cohort and submit a capstone project receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials, consistent with the lifetime-access commitment described on the Offer 3 page. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.
Your own material. You retain ownership of your own pre-existing strategy, trading rules, and account data that you share with us for the purpose of an engagement. We use it only to deliver that engagement.
We treat the details of your strategy, account, and any backtest or stress-test data you share with us as confidential. Where a project requires sharing particularly sensitive strategy-specific data, we may ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement before that data is shared, in either direction.
Every service we provide is analysis, custom development, or education — not a guarantee of any trading outcome. We do not guarantee the outcome of any prop firm challenge, any specific return, or any level of profitability. Pass rates and live results depend on market conditions, your own rule adherence, and broker execution, none of which CollosoTrading controls. Where a specific delivery or revision guarantee applies to an offer, its exact scope is set out on that offer's page and in our Refund Policy — it is always a commitment about our process and deliverable, never about your trading result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollosoTrading's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any engagement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total fees you actually paid for that specific engagement.
We are not liable for: trading losses or missed profits; a failed prop-firm challenge or any pass-rate outcome; losses arising from your own trading decisions, broker execution, slippage, or market conditions; or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Either party may terminate an active engagement by written notice (email is sufficient) if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy that breach within a reasonable period after being asked to.
CollosoTrading may also suspend or terminate your access to a service — including Offer 3 cohort access — for misuse, abuse, non-payment, or a material misrepresentation made during qualification.
Termination does not, by itself, create a right to a refund of fees already earned for work actually completed. Refund rights are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time you purchase a service or enroll in a cohort governs that engagement. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of the country in which you are resident.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally through good-faith written negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of first being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales, or, if both parties agree, to mediation first. Nothing in this section limits your statutory right as a consumer to bring a claim.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@collosotrading.com, or in writing to Ceetahdio LTD, 26a Broad Road, Bristol, BS15 1HZ, United Kingdom.
